We do require a valid credit card, email address and phone number to place a reservation.  We require at least a 48 hour cancellation notice or we will charge a minimum of one nights stay.  All reservations booked within a 48 hour period will require a valid credit card, phone number and email address from the person/s reserving the room, and will  be charged for a minimum of the first nights stay. We do require a valid ID upon check in as well.   We do not allow pets and fees will be applied if we find that pets have been in the room.  All rooms are non-smoking.  There will be an extreme charge if you smoke (anything) in our rooms.  Please respect our future guests.   We are a small place and truly appreciate your business!
