(We) Mike and Erik have been friends for over 30 years. We own and operate the Trail Riders as well as the Homestead Motel to pursue our ever growing love of Grand County. We grew up in Northern Arizona and have been living in and exploring Colorado for 20+ years. We found a home in Grand County, and we're happy to answer any questions

- We DO NOT allow pets. (it's an insurance thing. Please contact the Homestead Motel for Pet friendly rooms)
- All rooms are non-smoking.(NO SMOKING anything in the rooms). We offer a smoking area away from the rooms.
